Home made remedies to lighten dark and dry knees,ankles and knucles

Having even tone skin is everyone dreams especially elbows,knuckles ..

The skin around elbows ,knees are usually thicker than the skin .

Here are natural remedies to cure dark ,dry knees and knuckles

Aloe vera

Naturally lighten the skin and keeps it moisturised..it helps to tone skin and also maintain skin tone..Apply the gel extracted from aloe vera leaf on the dark sides ..wash with warm water after leaving for 20 to 25 minutes ..1 or 2 times daily for some weeks

Sugar

Sugar scrub is perfect for lightening the skin tone of your knees as sugar granules help exofoliate dead cell skin and soften skin..Mix sugar and olive oil equally and rub on knees circular motion for 5 minutes ..wash with soap and water once daily in a week

Lemon

Is naturally known as it’s bleaching exfoliating properties contains vitamin c which helps to remove dead cells and lighten skin tone ..gently massage with lemon juice for few minutes leave for 15 minutes then wash off with warm water..

Coconut oil

Contains vitamin E which helps to lighten skin tone and prevent dryness keeping skin moisturised .. prevent and repair dark damaged skin..After bath gently massage coconut oil on knees for 2 minutes apply 3 or 4 times daily..

Baking soda

Is an effective cleanser for toning dark knees and elbows .Mix it with 1 table spoon of milk and baking soda then rub on the knee in circular motion for 2 to 3 minutes..wash off and Pat dry once every 2 days..
